Tracking of Shipments:
Your invoice will be prepared immediately on shipping and your tracking number will be on it. This will be faxed to you within 24 hours after the courier leaves. It is your responsibility to trace and track. We assume no responsibility for lost shipments.
Terms and Conditions:
Initial order requires 50% deposit, balance C.O.D. on receipt of goods. Upon credit approval, terms are Net 30 days. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. Cancelled orders will be billed as work in progress plus $100.00 fee.
Trademarks, Copyrights & Registration Marks:
We assume no responsibility for legal infringements and assume that the customer has secured the permission of the holder of any trademarks, copyrights or registration marks for products produced by us. The customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from patent or copyright infringement.
Shipping and Returning Information:
- We ship only to Canada and Continental U.S.
- All local orders have FREE SHIPPING (please ask if your area is included.)
- Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order to avoid delays and additional costs for re-shipping your order.
- Your order will be shipped cheapest way or customer preference.
- You will be notified of your shipping total before your order leaves our dock.
- If there is any problems with your order when it arrives please call us immediately with details as the situation will be assessed and handled promptly.
- A representative will contact you and inquiry the reason for the dissatisfaction of your order.
- Event Sensitive Delivery: Must be clearly outlined on your purchase order. To ensure absolute satisfaction, indicate when you want the product, as well, as the date and location of the event. (City and State/Province only)
